Badri Narayan Subudhi

Badri Narayan Subudhi is an Associate Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Jammu, India. His research interests encompass statistical modeling, graph-based learning, and neuromorphic approaches for underwater surveillance. He has organized several national and international workshops, including RT-GNNs@ICCV~2025 and G2SP-CV@ICPR~2024, and has established the state-of-the-art Underwater Vision Facility at IIT Jammu. His contributions have significantly advanced the integration of machine learning and signal processing for aquatic environmental intelligence.

Thierry Bouwmans

Thierry Bouwmans is a Full Professor at La Rochelle Université, France, where he leads the L3i Laboratory. His expertise lies in computer vision, background modeling, and underwater scene understanding. He has coordinated multiple EU and ANR research projects and has served as an Area Chair for premier conferences such as ICPR, ICCV, ICIP, ICIAP, and VISAPP. His work has played a pivotal role in developing AI-based methodologies for environmental perception and sustainable marine monitoring.

Meghna Kapoor

Meghna Kapoor is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the La Rochelle Université, France. She completed her PhD at Indian Institute of Technology Jammu, India. She was recipient of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship for Doctoral Research (PMFDR) in 2021. Her research focuses on graph learning, and AI-driven underwater surveillance systems. Her current work advances robust graph-refactored representations for underwater perception and environmental intelligence.
